Lynch, a former Business Development Representative at Hibu, joins Champlain Valley Senior Community with a versatile sales & marketing and human services background. Plano is a licensed Registered Nurse and holds a Master's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Health Administration. In her role, Plano will oversee all aspects of resident care and ensure that exceptional healthcare is provided and the highest possible quality of life is achieved for each resident. In addition to serving as a Director of Health and Resident Services at a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that included residential care, a secure dementia unit, assisted living and independent living, Plano has also worked as Regional Director of Operations for HCR Homecare, Chief Clinical and Quality Officer for Elizabethtown Community Hospital, and Operations Manager for Inpatient Services at Bassett Hospital of Schoharie County. Plano brings more than 20 years of diverse healthcare management experience to her position as Resident Care Director. She was a very religious, strong-willed, selfless mother and devoted wife who enjoyed entertaining. She was a master seamstress who made many dresses and numerous children’s clothing. Lucille graduated as valedictorian of her high school, was an accomplished baker and proficient cake decorator. She was born on September 3, 1930, in New Bedford, MA to the late Manuel Moniz Pimentle and Marie Flora Gendron. Lucille Marie Gifford 92 of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away peacefully at home on Sunday May 7, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. ![]()
